Alastair, Out of interest, are the firing pins visible through the bottoms of the bolts? Anschutz stopped making true 16 series rifles in 1980. Unless the rifles sat on the shelf for a couple of years, I wonder if these were early 18 series built on 16 series X marked receivers. Apologies for the tangent.

It's a 16 series, which means it was made between 1977 and 1980. It has a curved bolt handle, not straight; that suggests it's not early production. So best guess is 1978 or '79.

Vic, My 1813-spec Nesom dovetail is 12mm at the top, 9mm at the base, and a bit under 5mm deep. A 19/2013 dovetail would be 11mm at the top.

Unless there was a recent change to the 1913, every one I've seen has a rounded receiver/receiver dovetail. The action is identical to later 1813s*. Anschutz only changed the foresight dovetail with the 1913, from a deep flat top to AFAIK the same 11mm as at the receiver. EDIT : recently made raisers seem to have a flat-topped dovetail at the bottom, for the receiver. I don't know if this is for ease of machining, or for compatibility with 2013/other makes. These happily fit 1913 and older Anschutz dovetails, just only contacting at 12 o'clock (and the sides). The 54.30 may have a flat top receiver, but the rear bridge is significantly shorter, so swapping raiders is less likely. *older 1813 and 1613 receivers are functionally identical to later 1813/1913s the only difference is the notch on the action face at 6 o'clock on the later rifles.

Aren't all Match 54 receivers rounded? I've switched the same rear raiser between 14, 16, 18, and 19xx actions with no issues. I think the square 2013 has a flat topped dovetail.

The action will fit, but it may need a little work for the trigger. The 5018 trigger on a 1907 is wider and deeper than the 1407-U9 or 1408/11 triggers available in 1970,when that stock was made. There is also no room for the 5018 safety catch, but this can be removed.

I think the OP is looking for a Rightsight, a US made 30mm foresight, with elevation adjustment for NRA TR shooting.

Dan, You might want to specify which stock the rifle has, and the age. Anschutz started making the 1913 in 1987/88, so potential buyers don't know if yours is nearly new or 30+. Is the stock wood or metal? If it's wood is it the early type with a simple height adjustable cheekpiece, a later '90s with the 4-way cheekpiece, or newer still. If the stock is alu, is it the cast 2213,the Precise, or a Gemini/MEC etc?

Steve, There are often a few BR stocks on eBay*. However, those are more for US/unlimited Benchrest Shooting free recoil from front and rear rests and don't have adjustable bits. You're shooting NSRA benchrest? You'll have more luck on getting an adjustable Prone/Supermatch stock and adding a flat fore-end plate if you want to make it wider. *Just checked, and wouldn't you know there are none. Just one for a 1417 - Match 64 sporter - not Match 54 compatible.

Does anyone have a Nesom 22mm tunnel for an Anschutz 1913 going spare? It's for a standard-ish sightbase, so one marked 1 or 2 on the inner tunnel.

Have you thought of lens holders that attach to the rearsight? Much cheaper than shooting frames, and even let you dwap the lens between sights.
