Has anyone purchased a Cicognani front rest this year or end of 2022? rapidboy1 Posted 15 February 2023 Share Posted 15 February 2023 I purchased a barrel tuner from them, shipping was very expensive, about 4 times what another Italian company charged me for a similar value / weight order, delivery was slow and the tuner was badly finished, it had to be sent back and the replacement took months and they demanded more money for delivery of the replacement item. Replacement tuner had a slightly better finish but was faulty (cross threaded or something but it can not be disassembled for cleaning), the bushing was machined incorrectly so won't tighten on the barrel, they now won't respond to my emails The quality is very poor and they are a terrible company to deal with. They speak english when they take the order but only italian when you have a problem. They insisted on payment by bank transfer which removes your buyer protection.........
