bernard93 Posted 4 December 2006 Share Posted 4 December 2006 Title says it all really. Would prefer the tube that slides over the dovetail on the front of the barrel. Any condition is ok. Let me know. Cheers Bernard.

bernard93 Posted 5 December 2006 Author Share Posted 5 December 2006 Hi Michelle, Alread spoke to Barry and while his tubes look great i would find it hard to get the barrel drilled for the screws that he requires.. Anybody got a tube to spare out there? bernard
tenpointnine Posted 5 December 2006 Share Posted 5 December 2006 Whilst I can wholeheartedly recommend Barry's tubes, and use one myself, if they will not fit then what about one of John Croydon's? http://www.croytec.co.uk/Croytube.htm Walter
Mac Posted 5 December 2006 Share Posted 5 December 2006 (edited) I had one of Barry's tubes that fitted a 1913 without drilling for any screws - was located by grub screws down into the grooves, and then clamped underneath. Never really got to use it as Cliff Ogle went off with the front bit and I've only ever seen it since when he's shooting!
