About Me

I have been shooting and running target airgun clubs since 1971 and currently run the Rossendale Airgun Club in Rawtenstall Lancashire.

My current interest is 10 meter air rifle shooting as I am having to give up target air pistol shooting due to a back and neck injury.

In my youth I competed in many open meetings and particularly enjoyed shooting when the NSRA airgun finals were shot in the Sophia Gardens in Cardiff, and the NARPA finals were held in Wolverhampton.

I previously shot rim fire pistol as a member of the Exmouth Small Bore Club and I also shot full bore pistol on the RM range at Straight Point as a member of the Exmouth Pistol Club ( when it was still legal to own pistols on a firearms certificate!).

I have not shot rimfire or centre fire for over 40 years!  Target airguns only since then.
