Simply click "Create a New Topic" or "Reply to this Topic" and a box appears for you to type in. Below the box on the left it says "Drag files here to attach, or choose files (which is a link to the folders). Then drag the files into the message box area or use the folders to navigate to your picture files as you prefer. Note it says "Max total size 1MB". If you have five pictures, they must average no more than 200KB each. You can use IrfanView (free) to open large image files and save them as a small jpeg for the web, or post the pics in separate "replies".
