MEC Berta sightbase extension. Single clamp-on muzzle unit plus 3 slide in tubes. Bought to fit a 1907 barrel muzzle (dia. 23.95mm). Note that this is the original design (not Berta II) and does not take additional weights on a lower track). The tube is an easy fit on a 24mm muzzle and would accommodate VERY SLIGHTLY different diameters, thanks to the simple clamp arrangement (slot closed by two small bolts). £80 inc P&P.
