Mr D Posted 8 July 2003 Share Posted 8 July 2003 Hi, we are a newley home office approved club and are on the scrounge already! currently looking for any old and unused shooting equipment that may be lying around the various club houses across the country. Old jackets, slings, mats etc. Any donation would be greatly received. I may be able to raise some renumeration for the slightly higher value items such as scopes, though we do have limited funds at present. Guest Posted 9 July 2003 Share Posted 9 July 2003 hi, i am on the comittee for an air rifle club. we have applied for funding. have u tried?? i know there is "awards for all" which is lottery and some local council stuff. if u shoot full-bore rifles or could accomidate pistols, ask your local constabulary or Territal Army and Cadet Forces in your area if they want to use the range. obviously you would have to charge them.
