Guest Posted 16 March 2011 Share Posted 16 March 2011 Afternoon, I'm looking at getting a variety of foresight elements so we have a bit of a selection for our club guns (Brunel University Target Shooting Club). They are all Anschutz Rifles with 18mm foresight tunnels. Ideally we are looking for metal elements, with the horizontal cross bar, in sizes from about 3.0 - 3.8 (hopefully a couple of each). What have you got? Hopefully we can get some a bit cheaper than £3 each from the NSRA.
Rutland Shooter Posted 16 March 2011 Share Posted 16 March 2011 Why 3.0 - 3.8? It is unlikely that you would need anything smaller than 3.6, 3.8-4.0 should suit most people for prone. If I were you I would put 3.8 in all of the rifles and buy a couple of 4.0s. Rutty

Rutland Shooter Posted 16 March 2011 Share Posted 16 March 2011 They are students and young - see a target like a football through a pinhole! They may have better accomodation, but I feel it unlikely that they have superior magnification! In any event, using too large a foresight is much less disadvantageous than using one that is too small. Rutty
Guest Posted 16 March 2011 Share Posted 16 March 2011 3.0-3.8 just seemed like a good selection. Maybe going up to 4.0 would be good though. Anyone got any spare? Jim
