Complete buttplate, with damage to the fixing section for the hook, otherwise in excellent condition. This can be replaced at a cost of approx £45.

Only used for two months indoors when I bought my KK500 and since then has been stored carefully.

Looking for £165 (inc UK p&p) ONO.

Hi James, you think I'd be able to fix this to any rifle butt?  Is everything there that I'd need to fix to a wooden butt?  Thanks

It should be able to be attached to any modern stock, I'm not 100% on whether it would be compatible with an older wooden stock though.

Are you able to assemble it for me and take a pic of where it would attach to the stock, the fixing plate I guess you'd call it?   If I can get it on my stock, I care not what it looks like I just need to improve what I have at the moment which is nothing other than an adjustable black butt pad 😕

Innes,

What stock do you have? James' KK500 buttplate was made to bolt onto a metal carrier, that slides/winds/ratchers in-and-out of an adjustable stock. Typically a plastic buttplate is found on a fixed stock. If your buttplate (or the base it slides on) is screwed onto a wooden stock it will be harder to fit a modern freee rifle butt, not impossible maybe, but harder.
