Too Deer Posted 5 August 2022 Share Posted 5 August 2022 (edited) 2006 Barnard Model P in .308 with a thumbhole laminate stock. It's had around 3000-3500 rds through the barrel. Side-mounted Higginbotham sights on the rear and 18mm ladder on the front. Includes a .223 extractor so you just need the barrel to convert it.... should you wish to join the Darkside! It shoots beautifully and is in excellent condition; I'm only selling it as I have moved to a Barnard Model S and a tube stock. Mine needs the 308 bolt complete (plus a barrel) to convert. Can I ask who built yours? I've been trying to find out who built mine. cismpete Posted 1 March 2023 Share Posted 1 March 2023 (edited) I showed it to NC, but he reckoned it wasn't one of his. The stock is identical to yours, and the Trakker rear sight has been milled out to fit the odd size Tikka dovetail. It was a step up from .22LR for sure, and with a 30" barrel and a Jackson CG universal trigger, it still shoots extremely well. (although it now has a Sightron....)
