  1. Aren't there two types that aren't mutually interchangeable (unlike Anschutz 14xx w/ and w/o the signal pin) as well?
  2. John, As far as I'm aware Anschutz have never fitted Match 64 bedding bolts with the stacked belville washers employed on Match 54s from 1980 until recently. This stock predates the 54 washers anyway, the chequered grip tells me it was made in the 1960s.
  3. I don't think you'll get a response. Looking at @Anschutzfan's profile (tap their username) they haven't visited since 2020.
  4. As an 1807, it will be between 1980 and 1987.

    Finnish Lion Parts

Thank you, but no that's not what I want. The stock looks like the M55 I have, and with a fixed length butt.
  6. This is a guess, but I think it must be a 4733 or 4734. The 4751 isn't adjustable for depth, and the 4752 is, but isn't a ball/socket swivel.
  7. Pete, Does it have to be that exact pattern 1407 (1973-75 from memory)? My club has recently upgraded a 1976 1407, the cutaway at the grip is slightly deeper.
  8. Does anyone have a spanner for a Centra Foresight Iris going spare? Having just struggled to remove mine, I think I"d like the right too for the next time. Mine's a 22mm if it matters.
  9. Neil was replying to Willyroe I imagine. As Willyroe is a new member they need to reach a certain number of posts to have full forum access. I'm inferring that Neil wants these posts to make a useful contribution to discussions on the forum, and not be random.
  10. It's a short bar that slides in the handstop rail. There's a screw hole to lock it in place. Think of the sliding part of most Anschutz handstops or a System Gemini.
  11. The stock is the older sinter-cast 2313. A 2018 Precise is the newer type machined from solid.
  12. Is it this one? https://www.guntrader.uk/guns/rifles/anschutz/bolt-action/22-lr/1907-231209122618002 1907 stocks aren't my favourite, but that's ISU Standards for you. This one is 2000s at a rough guess, so has an actual adjustable cheekpiece where an earlier 1907 only has a removable one, packed with spacers. It looks better than the 1807L (no 5?) That St Andrews had in my day.
  13. Not the NSRA shop! I'll get my coat...

    Anschutz Stock

My club wants upgrade a club Match 54 rifle, we're looking for an older Prone or Supermatch (mods 1811, 1813, or 1411 and 1413 with an adjustable cheekpiece). Appearance isn't important, but we'd prefer no structural damage. Stock bolts would be a bonus.
  15. Jim, If your friend knows a machinist or hobby engineer, could they have an Anschutz dovetail cut into the Walther muzzle collar?
  16. Thank you, but I was trying to find one second hand, for a bit less than the price of a new one. Most wanted ads on this forum could be solved if only folks bought new...
  17. Still looking, P-H thread or Dewey, or US thread would be fine.
  18. This is a bit of a long shot, but I'm after the butt assembly from a Finnish Lion Champion. I have an M55 and want length adjustment, together with a flatter buttplate. Failing this a Finnish Lion Champion buttplate would do. A complete Champion stock would be ideal, but I'm not holding my breath.
  19. Digging through some notes, I have the Mk 5 as 1-1/16in, which is indeed the same as the Mk 4. Mk 2 receivers I have listed 1-1/8in though, so a Mk 4 or 5 stock would not fit without work.
  20. That's a Mk 4 International. £65 would seem a bit steep for a basic buttplate. I have in mind that the Mk4 receiver was slightly wider than a Mk 2, so the wooden butt is not a straight swap
  21. Adrian, From memory BSA never made an adjustable buttplate for the MK 2. A Mk 4/5 plate would fit, I'd expect screw spacing to be the same, but wouldn't bet my life on it. Other simple options are the Anschutz 4709, and "Bisley" brand. Either may require plugging one of the holes for the original plate and re-drilling. These are both limited in vertical movement - if you have a very high right shoulder don't expect full contact with the buttplate.
  22. That's John Pugsley of Devon, a very able fullbore and smallbore shooter.
  23. Is that the stock supplied? Because it's not a thumbhole, that's the old Anschutz 14-1811 pattern prone.
