Hi - pictures don't seem to be sharing correctly - links to Stalkingdirectory webpage.

Indoor / outdoor 'scope? Got a very nice KOWA TSN-1 with 20x-60x zoom, with carry case, but no stand. £180 + postage.
-
Just to confirm - UK 1/4 min clicks for the rearsight?
What diameter please is the foresight tunnel - 18MM or 20MM. Many thanks.
-
That's a very clever design option, easily modified to adapt for some disciplines - shared to another shooting forum.

You have PM. 😉

I think I have one at home - but will be a couple of days before I can check.
-
Hi Emily - please can you list a price. Many thanks.

Not sure if there are current wind calculators that take into account 155 gr ammunition (or a different calibre)?
Many score sheets have a little pictorial representation of wing flags / strengths / angles. It's much easier to glance down at a little picture than have to fiddle about with a calculator - & of course, in a competition, the clock is ticking when the tgt appears for your shot.
Just before the shoot, it's useful to "shade out" in the diagram the general area for strength / angles. That gives you a "cooking" range of values - adjust as per fall of shot.
Ask someone to show you how to plot the wind on the separate graph (& most importantly - elevation). Whilst wind is "history," it can show trends & maximum / minimum strengths. It also gives you a reference to "hmmm, the wind flags look like there were when I fired shot 4" - & set corrected wind accordingly.

Might be interested - but no price listed.

You may wish to transfer this to the "Wanted" page.

I know someone who might be in the market for a "metal stock" .22 rifle to start up indoor (prone) tgt shooting, so all the usual accessories would be handy; type of action not really critical, max budget £2.5K - £3K but would prefer around £2.0K - £2.5K.

Sorry, missed the 1:14 twist when reading on my 'phone. Yes, that would make sense for a long range rifle.
Notwithstanding the history, I think that Whidden are asking for an arm & a leg for that rifle! Nice to have something different, but not at that price!!
Fultons might be able to give a valuation?
-
Did you have a chance to measure the twist?
Depending on age of barrel, it might have been intended as a “short range” rifle.
-
Black preferred, but open to other options.
-
Ah, sorry, as per message, cancel that for the bipod.
-
Yep, good for me please.
-
Bipod please - picture appreciated.

How's your budget? 😉

Got a shooting colleague (not on the forum) who is interested in the Peli case.
Will PM his details to you.

I never knew the twist rate
Hmmm, easy to do with a cleaning rod - several guides on YoooTube. I’d it is a “specialist” twist rate, then maybe not a good buy. However, if say 1:13, then that is a reasonable option.
The barrel length should be easy to measure.

Just for others who might be interested, please can you list the barrel length & twist. 👍
Haven't seen one of these for ages - is the action the "double stepped" lugs, 2 lots of 3 as such?
