The SCATT decides the moment of firing from the sound of the firing pin as before (plus the lack which you set with the F-coefficient), the trigger sensor has nothing to do with it. The sensor only measures the pressure on the trigger continuously. Since the rifles have different trigger weights, it takes the maximum weight always to 100% on the scale so you'll get percentages and not grams for the pull weight. See an example:

And this is the sensor itself, it fits to any trigger blade rail and has a straight shape like the MEC triggers.
