I was wondering if there was any issue with parallax at short distances as I don’t have a long enough line of sight and enough room to lie down. I can’t really see an issue though. Can I take it? If you could send payment details and I’ll send my details in the morning

Of course it's yours I'll PM you. I think I see what you mean. You should find the angles you can achieve with it gets the target in the line of sight, it can be swivelled left and right and tilted up and down via the allen bolts. Bit fiddly but once done it's set and easy enough to mark off.

Does the Tec Hro Scatt Rail work well at short distances of about 2.5 - 3m?

Hi Colin. It's just a rail to hold the Scatt on the underside of the rifle stock (on the rail where you put the handstop) so don't believe aiming distance has any impact.

18mm Centra Glass Foresight Iris 3.8 to 5.5, with spanner, boxed - £60

Kusterman Short Fingered Glove L right handed (worn on left hand) worn twice, gone back to Thune that seems to suit my hands better - £30

    Freeland Saddle Head - £10

  6. I will be at Bisley all week from this Friday onwards so thought it would be a good time to see if these items can find a new home, especially as some are a bit on the big and heavy side to post.

Kurt thune - fingerless top grip glove, size large, used twice it was a christmas present but I just don't get on with the fingerless part. £40

Kurt thune full finger top grip glove, size large, this has been used but in good clean condition with some padding left, may be good for someone building their kit up £10

Freeland stand with saddle head and a spare extension pole, great working order but be aware that paintwork definitely shows usage, everything works as you'd expect £120

Opticron GS815 GA scope with HDF zoom 20 - 60x with an 81.5 mm objective lens. Excellent condition and a great scope good balance between objective size and weight of the scope. Included is a swivel quick release head (I used that with my tucker stand) and also a stay on case, you'll see an extra cut out on the stay on case that was made to allow it to sit at a different angle on the scope and keep the case on. £150

If you need more info or are interested in any of the above let me know.

  7. Kurt Thune jacket, top of the range 13 years ago,! Has seen plenty of use but as you'll see it's been looked after, always stored flat not folded and kept dry, smoke free and pet free.

    Was made to measure for me, 6ft 1" , 38 - 40" chest.

More pictures on the link below.

When I say free to a good home, I don't mean see it on eBay next week!! It would be great if this went to someone starting out or a club in need of kit.

Drop me a line if you are interested, I'm at various shoots over the next few weeks, Torfaen (tomorrow), BFRC, Appleton Easter shoot, ESSU champs.

    Hi Greybeard

This tube is to fit on a1913 or a 2013 barrel.. If yours is the older type barrel with a vee block screwed onto the foreend with two screws, it won't fit. (As far as I am aware)

    Correct, thanks Jonty.
