  1. That's lucky as I am looking forward to having a back-up set of sights!!!
  2. Yes- not sure I understand why you'd have a GE retro when you can have the armadillo.
  3. There's 2 Anschutz Armadillo butt plates on ebay at the mo - one is £200; one is currently c. £130.
  4. Presumably you mean this, Sam? https://www.dropbox.com/s/cxaa78vmvlm51j0/Anschutz%20Sliding%20Butt%20Plate.docx?dl=0
  5. Find me a gemini an you can have my anschutz one.
  6. Hi guys and gals, After much consideration I've decided to start the hunt for a Gemini Butt Plate (ACTIV) - like this one: http://www.edinkillie.co.uk/ecatalog/system-gemini-activ-free-rifle-butt-plate-p-18.html Thanks to Edinkillie for the link - I'm not promoting their site by the way!!! Can anyone help? It's to fit an 80s/90s Anschutz 1913-style stock. Many thanks all! Kind regards. Chris
  7. Just wondering - do you have a rearsight iris for sale?
  8. Thanks Jonty for that insightful post - maybe I'll try some engineering friends to see if they can help. Hitchphil - thanks also. I might have a chat with Ryan and see what gives. Do you guys know of anschutz spares dealers though?
  9. Hi guys, Where does one get new bedding screws and butt-plate screws for an old Anschutz? I think I need to freshen these up. Any guidance much appreciated. If you know of dealers who can source long since updated parts I'd be grateful of their contact details. Many thanks, Chris
  10. Hi guys, Anyone got a spare aluminium Anschutz cleaning rod guide? Or a plastic one? I could do with one. Thanks, Chris
  11. Same here Nick - Gemini handstop for me too!
  12. Hi Tim, I'm in the same boat - think I might go for a centra front sight iris - just trying to work out which one. We did an exercise in training where we changed the foresight element size - very interesting. But with a series of high ends it gets expensive, and would be good to just know you could amend. Best of luck hunting though!
  13. Jonty - read this, and please stop your aggressive critical attacks on my posts.
  14. Trigger happy! Fixed (pro tem) my 5071! Hooray for sandpaper; glue; nails; pliers; hammers; and moly grease!

  15. You don't need it. You can learn to put your head in the same place every shot by developing your technique. But it's nice to have (Note - I don't have one!).

    Fireing Pin

SRC - if you get stuck try here. http://www.ruag.co.uk/dealer-locator These dealers can get Anschutz parts. I'd personally try the firing pin spring first, as the pins themselves, and the bolts, are pretty hardcore!
