The early models of the sight in question used a slightly different but similar set of clamps & screws for mounting the sight on the receiver. The screws, springs & clamps for the later, current models are available from Anschutz or the local importer.

I modified a M grip with Milliput in black to achieve the size & shape I wanted. About 1 hours work in total.

I was going to strip the Hydrograhic print off barrel and stock before selling
 
 

I forgot to add that it was fitted with a HPS buttplate.
 
The price asked was £1700.00.
 
It was reserved by phone for 24 hours on Wednesday followed by the same person securing it with a deposit over the phone on Thursday prior to personal inspection. As I was not at LRC today I do not know if it has been sold after it being looked at.
 
If someone has bought it then looking by it's appearance they would have had difficulty finding a better one.

Fair point Nick, sorry for not replying to anyone (until now) thanks for your interest. Have knocked wanting an air pistol on the head for know. May revisit it next year but focused on the prone rifle for now.

When I bought my first "proper" rifle I asked for a bank loan. The cashier wasn't sure but said they would ask the bank manager. He chatted to me about the sport and was astonished in that I was needing about £600 for a rifle (I was also wanting a jacket and scope too...). He authorised the loan and insisted that he have a look at the rifle once I had bought it. Once I got it from Tom Colvin I had the fun of taking it into the bank and asking for the Manager... He became a member of the club and shot for a number of years.

Just to say that as a new member I am enjoying the site which is very usable.
One small point as someone looking for equipment on the Loot section. Might it be possible to have provision at the top of a posting to indicate that an item has been sold rather than have to open it and work through the thread to find out whether it is still available?
