I believe that some were made in .22 and that some were converted mainly for training purposes. No 7 and No 9 (Navy) are Lee Enfield No4 look alikes, but manufactured for .22. There were 2 or 3 for sale in the last Holts auction! the No 8 is expensive the sleeve lined SMLEs are less - get a 45acp De Lisle with silencer !
