Hi Andy, Thanks for your message, but I'm afraid I'm looking for a bit more ... the Centra foresights are £154 new and are in excellent condition. I was hoping for something around £90-£100? Cheers Sarah

Thanks for getting back to me, just bought a new rear sight this month so have to be careful on the spend. If you still have it in a couple of weeks (post pay day!) i'll get back to you if that's OK.

All the best Andy

Hi Sarah, which era of Anschutz do these front sights fit? I have an old (1984) match 64 round action.

Bob

Hi Bob, My husband was using it on his 1913 - I haven't ever used an Anschutz myself so I'm not an expert. Couldn't say for sure if they would fit a match 64. Cheers Sarah

Sarah,

Anschutz changed their foresight mounting when the 1913 (and 1907) came out in 1987. Older Anschutz rifles have a much deeper dovetail on the barrel; a 1913 foresight can fit this deovetail, but will sit much higher than the correct foresight (a slim raiser block may then be needed under the rearsight). Older Anschutz foresights won't fit 1913/1907 barrels without modification.

Thanks Sarah/Tim, very helpful. My Anschutz is of course, of the older version  so I'll give it a miss, but thanks again.

All the best

Bob
