Squishy Posted 16 July 2014 Share Posted 16 July 2014 Hi Everyone, I bought a Gehman 500 iris with an air rifle a while back, which included a clip in lens, which is one of these -> 500-Filter.jpg but clear glass. I believe it could be for the previous owners astigmatism. I don't know anything about shooting glasses, let alone astigmatism, nor how much one originally cost (thus I don't know what to ask) Its just collecting dust at the moment, so i'm happy to part with it. sjb1604 Posted 16 July 2014 Share Posted 16 July 2014 Nothing... it would of be no use to anyone unless you know exactly the previous owners prescription....

Guest merjp Posted 17 July 2014 Share Posted 17 July 2014 If you are giving it away free then i would be very interested in obtaining it. There may be a possibility to replace the lens for one meeting my own prescription. If you are happy to do that i will pay the postage. I'm in Northern Ireland. If you are happy i will send my address details by PM when i hear from you.
Squishy Posted 18 July 2014 Author Share Posted 18 July 2014 You need to have the correct iris for it, as it fits into the iris.
Guest merjp Posted 18 July 2014 Share Posted 18 July 2014 Apologies, i thought it was the wire frame type that fitted behind the iris, as i was about to order one for my bell target rifle. No harm done but it was generous of you to make the offer. Many thanks
