Where Can I Get One Of These?

Recommended Posts

They are a strange shape having a wide 'head' I believe.

Could you try removing the screw, hold it gently in a vice and using a new blade in a junior hacksaw cut a slot across the head suitable for a flat blade screwdiver. I don't think the screw would be that hard that it could not be sawn with a bit of care.

according to Anschutz spare part pages the screw is

Countersunk head screw ISO 10642 - M3 x 8 - 8.8 (ref http://jga.anschuetz-sport.com/downloads/Ersatzteile/DE/ET_5065_2013-08-01_DE.pdf?downloads - item 30)

they are available for 27p plus postage here http://www.aquatuning.co.uk/product_info.php/info/p10015_screw-DIN-7991-8-8-M3-x-8--hexagonal-socket-countersunk-black.html or you could try local hardware shops (the lesser known will probably be better)

I have a pack of them that fit.

£5 each + postage to you

That's nearly as much as a rip of as Fultons!

I prefer the term, competitively priced...

No worries

Most bolts are metric so easily available if you can find the size - (by the way Squishy - you can get a pack of 20 M3 x 10s for a couple of quid on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/m3-x-10-stainless-countersunk-screw-allen-bolts-x-20-/260562604089)

Mine are M8 x 10, but they do the job. I'll post you one. PM address.

Surely the ones on the trigger are smaller than M8 diameter thread? Seems a very large bolt for such a small purpose!
