Anschütz 1913 barrel, action and trigger mounted on an 1810 stock

 

This barrel has been ‘Cooper’ bedded to the stock by Accuracy International.

 

The rifle is fitted with:

• 
   
  
• Centra Adjustable foresight where both the diameter of the hole size and the ring thickness are independently adjustable. – and these don’t come cheap!!
  
• Gehmann iris/colour filters/polarizer. This is all but new and cost £130 alone.
  
• Anschütz anti-glare tube on the rearsight.
  

 

The package also includes:

• Cleaning rod
  
• Breech flag
  
• ‘Armadillo’ hook on standard butt plate
  
• Bipod rest/legs to support the rifle
  
• A hard plastic 'gun-guard' rifle case, well used but perfectly functional.
  

 

 

 

 

 

 

The rifle has an excellent pedigree (‘X’ class at Bisley) and has won many championships in ‘A’ class, including the British Police Championships, both indoor and out.

 

Please bear in mind that the rifle is well travelled and much used and consequently the woodwork could do with some TLC (as might be expected) but I will leave that to the new owner. The butt has been extended (i'm a taller shooter than most) but the extension block could easily be removed and the stock returned to standard size.
