Basic (yellow) Grips For A Rohm Pistol

My club has three of these pistols all fitted with wooden target grips. However some of the younger members (and at least one lady member) have great difficulty with their small hands - even though one pistol has extra small grips. We think that a set of the original yellow & black plastic grips would make it easier but they're quite expensive to buy new.

 

Has anyone upgraded to target grips and no longer requires the original basic yellow & black grips?
