This has been discussed before on this site, does this comply with Intellectual Design rights. If a person designs a protector and makes it using a 3D printer, then thats one thing, but if they are copies of other items that people have laid out money to develop, then I think thats quite a different proposal.

I cannot praise AlanF too highly.
His shooting items are of the highest quality. He is clearly someone who treats and looks after his equipment with great care.
The items were received very quickly by post.
It is sad we are losing another shooter, but at least his 'handed on' equipment will provide great service to a number of other shooter for many years to come.

Ive learnt something today there Tim.
I thought thats where the shots usualy go, in the 8-9 ring!
Im currently liasing with Jodrell Bank to see if they can make a bit smaller model to fit on my rear sight to assist with getting a better picture.😉

How does your turn over sight overcompensate? I thought the length of the tube on the sight is just down to preference.
Mine is about 2inch long overall, I think its great.
Could Jason send you a photo, it may be what you are looking for!

This tube is to fit on a1913 or a 2013 barrel.. If yours is the older type barrel with a vee block screwed onto the foreend with two screws, it won't fit. (As far as I am aware)

Is that its original factory colour, or has it been re-painted?

I am looking for a Duo Glass foresight tunnel in 22mm diameter, BUT, to fit the old Anschutz vee block. Ideally, one with the lower range of adjustability.

If you find it too large for you, seek advice, probably on here, I NEVER advocate cutting or chopping stocks down. It may be that the RSIII stock comes with an adapter to take the G&E action, if so, this would make it much easier to sell on as other action makes could be made to go into it.
Maybe Tim S knows the answer to this?

Fantastic, What a superb rifle for you. I am sure you will get many, many hours of enjoyment from it. Everytime you look at it it will give you a buzz. Far better than putting your money in an old lump of iron that you will struggle to improve with.

Not seen anything like that before. Plumbers pipe grips are thinner than standard grips, they may fit in the gap and you can apply plenty of pressure.
As perthe hairdryer, I had a screw in a barrel that refused to come out, Applying heat allowed to to be freed.
Look around your shooting colleagues, find one with some hair and make the big ask!
