Hi Sam As Dave mentioned I brought some peli/storm case foam for the Welsh team. I got them from efoam - the more pieces you order the cheaper it is! Worked out £8 per insert when i ordered 10. Hope that helps! Cheers Jenny

You can get cheap ones from the NSRA shop for about £30. They light weight and easilly broken - not ideal for air travel but fine for other than that.
